After all, sometimes we need help to face life’s challenges. I am warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and genuine. I offer a collaborative approach to help you manage life’s stressors and challenges. My treatment approach varies to meet the individual needs of the client, starting with the strengths you have to move forward.
I’ve spent most of my career working with clients and families in a hospice setting. Prior to that, I worked with clients who were dealing with chronic illness. It is through these experiences that I learned to meet people where they are and to be a collaborative partner. My focus of practice centers around life transitions, grief/loss and chronic illness.
