We approach therapy in a collaborative way, rooted deeply in Systems & Attachment theories while leaving room for one's innate ability to heal & be nurtured the way that is best for them. Our variety of evidenced based models, body-based therapies and trauma informed care techniques will help assist individuals and families to heal as they grow.
