The fact is, everyone struggles at one time or another. I have been in practice for over fifteen years and have worked with teens, adults, couples and families experiencing issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, marital issues, eating disorder, cutting, self esteem, personality disorders, ADHD, family conflict and a number of other life challenges. I am warm and compassionate, and a client focused-listener who will work with you to get you to your desired therapeutic outcome of improved mental health. I am prepared and excited to join you on your journey as you seek a solution to your challenges.
I specialize in anxiety and depression. With the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Guided Imagery, mindfulness training and breathing techniques, I will be able to join you on your journey to wholeness. Trauma focused and solution oriented, I will seek to teach new coping skills to help you when you are alone and may be faced with other challenges.
Life can be very challenging and sometimes we are not equip to handle these twists and turns. My over fifteen years of experience have prepared me to partner with you as you navigate the turns. I am a warm, compassionate client-centered therapist who uses my knowledge and empathy as an important part of building the therapeutic relationship. Let's begin!
