I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who utilizes mind-body techniques (meditation, mindfulness) as well as hypnosis. I specialize in anxiety, and related disorders (social anxiety, test anxiety, driving anxiety, panic & stress.). I also work with Pet Grief because I am a "dog person" who knows what it's like to lose a fur baby and have no one understand.
