At Headwaters Wellness, our goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, laid-back environment where you can share your story and find ways to heal and move forward. We work together with adolescents, young adults, women, and their families, creatively and holistically. What is your story? Are you looking to get back to your true self or reach your potential? We use evidence-based practices for children, teens, emerging adults, and women going through difficult life transitions. We also specialize in working with marginalized Mainers through a systems lens and liberatory justice approaches. Music and expressive arts therapies are utilized along with traditional talk therapy.
At Headwaters Wellness, we run an intentionally small practice to ensure each person we work with gets met with compassion, feels unhurried, and at ease.
