Our therapists have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and families. Therapists have worked in the community, homes and schools. We have helped individuals through many issues including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Substance use issues, Domestic Violence and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
We specialize in Crisis Intervention and Stabilization while assisting in processing all types of trauma. Other languages spoken- ASL. Our therapists offer a variety of therapeutic approaches and incorporate many different techniques such as CBT and DBT to address ongoing difficulties. My goal is to help you regain balance and rebuild confidence.
