Headspace Counseling Services supports children, teens, adults, and families seeking clarity, stability, or help with learning concerns, mood, anxiety, life stress and many other challenges. With a diverse team of 20+ licensed clinicians across our Lansing, Brighton, and Mt. Pleasant office locations, we match each client with a provider whose expertise fits their needs. We offer full psychological evaluations, counseling for all ages, medication management for teens and adults, and FDA‑approved ADHD testing for ages 6–60. If you’re looking for direction or a fresh start, we’re here to help you move forward.
Our clinicians bring diverse backgrounds and specialized training, allowing us to support clients through evidence‑based therapy, accurate diagnostic assessment, and coordinated care. Services are available both in‑person and through telehealth, and our practice is open six days a week to make accessing care easier.
