What is your true self? My trauma-informed awareness, supportive, encouraging, empowering nature, coupled with spirituality and mindful meditation will provide a solid foundation a client will need to connect their inner and outer self. I secure a safe, non-judgmental environment where a client is able to connect the Mind, Body and Soul to create their TRUE self.
When I guide and encourage a person's spirituality of the mind, body and soul, I am creating one with self through nature, meditation, yoga and any other self care actions. I believe laughter and passion, within a session, can encourage one to begin the journey of healing.
Everyone experiences trauma; it's how you cope with the trauma that can change a person for better or for worse. To better assist clients who are looking for therapy services, I have developed a group practice with very qualified second year master's level interns supervised by myself and two other licensed professionals. This support group educates adolescent girls and young women on self, connecting with others, healthy living, and the journey ahead. Today we are hearing more about girls and bullying, the pressures of social media, early puberty, gender exploration, human sex trafficking, and binge drinking. It encourages them to seek and celebrate their “true selves” by providing a safe space, encouragement, structure, and the support they need to embrace their journeys of self-discovery.
