We have been helping people learn how to make the changes they want since 2008. Relationship woes? Existential Angst? Have a troubled teen or child in trouble? Feel stuck your life? You are not alone. There are other people out here going through this too. This is temporary. We will reach out to you, discuss your needs, and pair you with a therapist familiar with your needs. Together, you will meet, identify issues, collaborate to create a plan, follow through with some reasonable interventions, and figure out ways to make the changes last.
Our therapists have varied backgrounds, expertise, and have completed graduate level course work in order to provide these services. Each of our therapists have developed their practice to reflect the work they are passionate and effective in. All are trained and practiced in CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, and existential therapy as foundation.
You have made the decision to seek help. We consider this pivotal in your life course. Once you have committed to this direction, it will alter your life course moving forward. This type of work is not always easy, but things in life worth having seldom are easily attained. Your relationship with your therapist will be the catalyst for this evolution.
