I believe the client is the expert of their own life and I get to help them navigate the complexities of life and relationships.
I have the privilege to help my clients holistically get back behind the steering wheel to journey toward the best versions of themselves. This is done through a culturally responsive systemic approach, creating a safe environment, and utilizing spiritual integration (as the client warrants it).
