Sometimes the journey of life can take us to places where we don’t want to be. That place can leave us feeling scared, isolated, anxious, hurt, traumatized, and disconnected from those we care about. It is a complete joy and honor to journey with clients as they work towards journeying towards the life they prefer. I believe the client is the expert of their own life and I get to help them navigate the complexities of life and relationships.
Through a systemic approach, creating a culturally competent environment, and utilizing spiritual integration (as the client warrants it), I help clients get back behind the steering wheel to journey toward the best versions of themselves.
I work with individuals, couples, and families through a variety of pit stops on their journey towards healing, that include but are not limited to: Pre-marital Counseling, Complexities in dating, Low self-esteem/self-worth, Childhood trauma/wounds, Couple concerns, Anxiety, Depression, Faith & Spirituality concerns/hurts, Life adjustment, & Racial Trauma
