Hi, I'm Hazel! I'm a body-based trauma therapist and help my clients heal from the effects of anxiety and low self-esteem, abuse, childhood and relational trauma, and attachment wounds. Many of my clients are highly resilient and compassionate souls who have shifted from living in a state of survival to thriving and leading fulfilling lives. My approach is to create a therapeutic relationship with you where you feel heard, cared for, and empowered.
I'm a body-based, Certified Trauma Professional. I help clients soothe their nervous system, reconnect with their authentic selves, and learn the tools to create meaningful relationships. I use Brainspotting and somatic techniques to heal the effects of trauma, emotional/physical pain, and dissociation.
