Yoga / Processing for Trauma Survivors (women)

The physical and emotional remnants of trauma are gently and respectfully attended to in this group co-facilitated by Lindsay Vaughn, Psy.D. and Allison Dowsley, MA (certified yoga instructor). In the safety of a compassionate, therapeutic space, this women-only small group engages in 45 minutes of yoga, followed by 45 minutes of verbal processing.
