While there is no blueprint to life, if you have a history of adverse life experiences, or come from an unstable home, you may feel like the "house" of your life is built on sand and you are unable to withstand life's storms. If you are living with unresolved trauma, a diagnosed condition, are shouldering a new burden, are reeling from grief, or if you have quietly battled mental health symptoms or addiction for years you may feel broken and unable to recover. Yet, my personal and professional experiences have taught me it is through experiencing brokenness we emerge our most resilient.
By addressing these issues with the help of a therapist you can rebuild stability, restore your foundation and in the process enhance your natural tendency to grow. As an attachment focused therapist I aim to help Client's restructure internal and interpersonal patterns that feed symptoms and distress, so they can live meaningful lives and thrive.
