I work with individuals feeling stuck in old behavior patterns or stress; who are ready to create change. Change can feel vulnerable, but it is very brave and often where healing starts. You are the expert in your healing journey, and I am honored to be a supportive witness. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, “being with things the way they are”. I also use my somatic experiencing training to help individuals feel safer in their bodies. Selectively, I will use EMDR with clients who express readiness for reprocessing difficult memories or experiences. It is a privilege to support others' journey back to themselves.
I work primarily with adults who are managing life changes, stressors, overwhelm or symptoms of mood disorders. I specialize in adults who have trauma or are feeling overwhelmed. I am trained in both Somatic Experiencing and in EMDR. I also often rely on Internal Family Systems techniques to aid in developing confidence and clarity.
