I work with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work blends approaches like EMDR, IFS, Somatic therapy, and relational therapies to address both the pain you’re facing in the present and the deeper patterns that keep resurfacing.
I can’t erase what happened to you, but I can help you carry it differently, so it stops running the show. My role as a therapist is to sit with you in that reality and help you find ways forward that actually feel possible. I’m not the type to pretend I have all the answers. I believe in being real, honest, and human with you. You don't have to do it alone.
