About
Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues or trauma? Do you feel like nothing has helped you feel like yourself again? I can help you explore these frustrations as we work together to help you achieve your best self.
I work with clients to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma using an integrative approach that intertwines humanistic and psychodynamic techniques, while remaining mindful to incorporate multicultural considerations. In addition to integrative depth psychotherapy, I also specialize in ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration.
Finding the right therapist can often be daunting. Are you unsure where to start? Give me a call or send me an email to discuss options and take the first step toward becoming a happier and healthier you. I currently have open slots for low-fee, sliding scale rates for children and adolescents - please reach out to learn more about those options.
