I provide family, individual and couples counseling in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere that fosters support, empathy and understanding between client and therapist.
I do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling; instead, I am committed to providing therapeutic services that best meet the needs of my clients strengths and challenges unique to them. Yet, the theoretical approaches I tend to use most often are strength-based, solution-focused, and client centered therapy.
Establishing trust is essential in forming a successful therapeutic relationship. Yet, I understand that some things are difficult to share.
