Hey, I’m Hayley! I’m a pre-licensed counselor and a Ph.D. student in Counselor Education and Supervision. Showing up for therapy can be intimidating, so thanks for being here. I specialize in providing holistic, gender-affirming care to individuals, couples, and teens and have worked in university counseling centers, community mental health settings, and private practice. My therapeutic approach blends IFS (Internal Family Systems) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and employs a feminist and social-justice framework.
My goal is to help you become the best version of you, acting as your therapist and teammate to help you achieve your goals. I believe in a warm, direct approach integrated with evidence-based practices, tailored to your unique needs.
