I am an LCSW working statewide via telehealth, but based in the Farmington Valley area. I have experience with DBT, CBT as well as family systems work. The majority of my work has been with children and adolescents, but I also have experience working across the lifespan.
I typically work with young adults, however, I have a great interest in supporting families and parents to manage family struggles and improve dynamics. I have great experience with supporting clients with depression, anxiety, and anger management issues.
I believe that the best work in therapy is done when the therapeutic relationship is strong; that is why I spend a great deal of time in developing rapport and relationships with my clients to ensure they feel safe and secure. I acknowledge that therapy is scary for some the first time around, so I want all clients to feel comfortable.
