Beyond ED: a Recovery Focused Process Group
This is a group for individuals hoping to find support in their eating disorder recovery journey. Together, we will discuss common challenges in recovery and navigating life beyond the eating disorder. The group is process oriented where we will make space for sharing, relating, and understanding one another to better understand ourselves. If you're looking to enhance your treatment with authentic, and honest connection, maybe group is right for you! This group requires a screening, so please reach out! Participants must be 18+ and have their own individual therapist. Group is held on a virtual platform.
