At the end of therapy, many clients tell me they “feel like themselves again.” Even positive changes, like becoming a parent, getting married, moving, or transitioning into a new stage of life, can bring unexpected stress and overwhelm. My specialties are working with individuals after traumatic experiences and providing support to women in the perinatal and postpartum periods. I also work with adults and college students experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I consider it one of life’s greatest honors to walk with people through these seasons, helping them rediscover hope and healing.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed methods, including CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques, to help clients manage overwhelming emotions and move toward meaningful change.

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can process their story, clarify their values, and develop practical coping skills.
