Are you someone who learned early how to be strong, responsible, and “the one everyone could count on”? This is a space to finally set that weight down. I work with eldest daughters, cycle-breakers, people-pleasers, and high-functioning women who carry family trauma quietly while showing up for everyone else. If you grew up managing emotions that weren’t yours, shrinking your needs to keep the peace, or feeling like rest had to be earned, you’re not alone, and we can figure it out together. We’ll work on unlearning survival mode, reconnecting with yourself, and building a life that feels steady, soft, and genuinely yours.
I’m a certified trauma specialist trained in EMDR and infant mental health, using an integrative mix of psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, supportive, and solution-focused approaches. Sessions are tailored to you to process what’s holding you back, build resilience, and rewrite your mental soundtrack so you feel grounded, confident, and authentically you.
Everyone has their own unique identity and experiences. My focus as a therapist is to embrace these differences by working collaboratively with each client to create a personalized plan that will meet them where they’re at in life, best fit their needs, and be comfortable enough to help them learn, grow, behave, and think in a healthy way.
