If you found your way here, you are ready to begin your journey back to yourself. You might be experiencing chronic mental health issues such as depression or anxiety. Sometimes the journey we find ourselves on just happens gradually, while we were unaware; distracted by the challenges of living in a complicated world, with complicated people.
I understand that making changes in life is sometimes scary and often uncomfortable. I use empirically proven experiential and relational therapeutic techniques in addition to cognitive/mindfulness-based models to form a holistic, flexible, and feedback-informed approach to client care.
I offer in-person, office-based counseling in addition to virtual sessions. I provide a welcoming and safe space for all individuals.
