As a therapist, I am dedicated to cultivating a safe space for all of my clients, working collaboratively with each individual as they work towards their goals, while ensuring a consistent, non-judgmental environment is maintained. I work with clients who may be struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or chronic pain/chronic health issues.
I utilize CBT and a trauma-informed lens to assist clients with identifying how their experiences have shaped them as an individual and how to become the most authentic versions of themselves going forward.
