I approach therapy through an inquisitive place in order to best understand you, your situation and how we can work on effectively navigate through it. I provide individual and family services to adolescents and adults. I have experience working with relational trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem and life transitions.
When working with clients I follow a person-centered approach. I believe that when it comes to therapy one size does not fit all, therefore, I integrate evidence-based practices to help meet your needs and individualized treatment goals.
