My name is Hayley, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing telehealth services throughout California. I primarily work with individual adults and specialize in treating anxiety, complex trauma (CPTSD), and relationship concerns, including challenges involving romantic partners and difficult family dynamics.
My approach integrates depth psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed parts work, and somatic therapy to help clients gain insight, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I also incorporate EMDR and attachment-based work, along with acceptance, compassion, and mindfulness, into my therapeutic approach. I am passionate about supporting individuals through difficult life transitions and helping them move beyond limiting beliefs, doubts, and insecurities.
