Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, overwhelming emotions, behavioral challenges, or school-related stress, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with children (5+), young adults, and families to create a place where healing feels possible, emotions begin to make sense, and confidence grows. I also provide EMDR therapy for young adults ready to process trauma, reduce anxiety, and move forward without feeling defined by their past.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person I work with. For children, I incorporate play, creativity, mindfulness, and developmentally appropriate interventions to build emotional regulation and resilience. For young adults, I integrate EMDR therapy to help process difficult experiences and support lasting healing.
