As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I am passionate about providing care in a space where the client’s full range of identity can be expressed and embraced. I am sex positive and kink friendly. I am work with people of all relationship structures (monogamy, polyamorous, non-monogamous, ace). I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who works from a trauma-informed lens to provide affirming care for my clients. Together we look back to see how to move forward.
I specialize in building skills for those with anxiety, ADHD, and depression based issues, primarily with young adults. Through understanding the mind-body connection and incorporating holistic interventions, I works with you to create goals that align with your vision for yourself by incorporating your past, present, and future selves. I seek to help you build resilience, resolve negative core beliefs, and live a fulfilling life. I will listen from a non-judgmental standpoint but also push you when need be. I combine my insight with yours to help you understand your emotions, identities, and continue your personal growth. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapies, dialectal behavioral therapies, mindfulness interventions, psychodynamic exploration, and a trauma focused lens.
Additionally, I can support with evolving gender and sexual identities. I seek to create a warm environment where joy and laughter can also enter the therapeutic space.
