It can feel overwhelming to keep giving your best while wondering how things will ever change. I want you to know change is possible. I help folks untangle and communicate the roots of their struggle. Instead of just talking about your feelings, we pay attention to what you’re experiencing in the moment: thoughts, emotions, and body signals. We collaborate to create a clear map to embody and enact real change.
My background helps me serve the unique challenges of those working in agriculture and remote communities who depend on the land, water and animals. I work well with highly sensitive people and autistic profiles. I offer walking sessions both remotely and in-person for people that regulate and process best during movement.
