My committment to provide a high level of care to clients includes earning a PhD in Martial and Family Therapy, in addition to specialized training in evidence-based practices such Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I have also completed training in Trauma-Informed Care, Somatic Attachment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
