Life is a journey, but we know that all journeys come with a few bumps along the way. My goal in therapy is to support my clients in whatever stage of their journey they might find themselves-the mountaintop, valley low, or "rock bottom." I work with all populations, including children beginning at 8 years of age, adolescents, and adults. My approach to counseling is integrative and incorporates person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based therapy, with a focus on empowering clients to identify their unique strengths, personal values, and life goals.
I aim to provide a safe, authentic, and uplifting space where clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings. My hope is that my clients will invite me into their personal story, allowing me the opportunity to build a collaborative relationship with them that promotes growth, self-efficacy, and healing.
Good therapy is built upon trust, acceptance, compassion, and equality. It is my mission to empower my clients to reach their goals so they might experience more joy, hope, peace, and freedom in their daily lives.
