I derive joy working with individuals with ADHD, autism, or who are navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to find their footing. I find fulfillment by working with individuals dealing with low self-confidence, grief, a lack of support, or questioning long-held beliefs during a faith transition. These experiences can feel incredibly isolating, and many of my clients come to therapy feeling like they have to carry everything alone.
I use ACT, CBT, and therapy dog interventions to help clients build confidence, navigate grief, overwhelm, and faith transitions. I'm a firm believer in staying up to date with current research and support the idea that learning is lifelong. I offer a supportive space to process, heal, and move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
