Book directly via website! I work with individuals ages 15 and up navigating LGBTQ+ identity, neurodivergence, trauma, (C)PTSD, anxiety, depression, and dissociation. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be their authentic selves and cope with life challenges with empathic support and guidance. I am currently accepting new clients at Ellie Mental Health in Hamden for in-person and virtual psychotherapy sessions. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're looking to continue with a new therapist, I will listen to your story, meet you where you are, and help you towards creating the life you want to live.
My therapy approach is collaborative, empathetic, person-centered, and trauma-informed. The main modalities I use are ACT and IFS to help clients address difficult thoughts and feelings, heal past inner wounds, and create a meaningful life. I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client and integrate other modalities, like CBT and DBT, as needed.
