My approach integrates psychodrama, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and relational psychodynamic therapy, blending insight with emotion, embodiment, and action. In addition to weekly therapy, I offer experiential intensives through Stillpoint Intensives —custom half-day, full-day, or full-weekend sessions designed to accelerate and deepen the work.
