I am committed to providing anti-oppressive care that is rooted in liberation and social justice. While I utilize a variety of evidence based practices and trauma-informed care, at my core I am a therapist that honors your unique story and recognizes the transformative power of reclaiming that story as your own.
When I am not at work, I enjoy powder days on the slopes, writing creatively, and venturing outside in Colorado. The mountains are where I practice my own self-care. I live in Denver with my partner and our two pups.
