About
I am experienced in working with individuals struggling with disordered eating, depression, anxiety, life transitions, post traumatic stress disorder, self-esteem, and LGTBQ+ issues. While I enjoy working with clients of a variety of backgrounds, life stages, and diagnoses, I am passionate about treating adolescents, teens, and young adults with eating disorders. I maintain a person-centered strengths-based approach to care, implementing elements of CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
Wherever you are now in your healing journey, it is not permanent. We know this because we are no longer where we have been. There will always be a yesterday and there will always be a tomorrow. I'm here to help you today to build the foundation for a better tomorrow.
My goal is to help individuals work through challenges while feeling comfortable, safe, seen and heard. I am a counselor, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a partner — but more importantly, I am human. A human who finds joy and healing in connection. A human who hopes to help others find joy and healing in connection as well.
