About
The lotus flower blooms most beautifully from the deepest and thickest mud. What is your personal mud? My goal is to help you with deep self-exploration while developing ways to navigate and bloom through the mud in your life. My diverse, expansive training allows me the opportunity to authentically meet my clients and support them in their therapeutic journey using an integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. Whether it be related to difficult emotions like anxiety and depression, nuances of grief and trauma, debilitating existential crises and illness, or personal and professional relationship challenges.
Like the lotus flower - you too can rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness, and radiate into the world! I utilize traditional psychotherapy approaches along with meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork interventions to support my clients in achieving their therapy goals. Your safety and collaboration is my priority in the space we create together.
In addition to my work in private practice, previously I served marginalized community members supporting children, adolescents, adults and families through their journey to overcome a variety of traumatic and emotional circumstances and experiences at The Richstone Family Center. Let's discover if my approach is one that you are seeking!
