An a queer, EMDR-trained therapist, I use a trauma-informed approach to help clients move through their trauma, fostering healing in a way that is safe and empowering. My therapeutic methods are diverse, integrating behavioral practices, narrative therapy, queer theory, solution-focused techniques, and education.
I offer a collaborative approach to help clients feel more centered, heard, and fulfilled. As a queer, transmasc clinician, I ground my practice in intersectionality and identity, acknowledging that each individual is the expert of their own life experience. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based approach to support adults and adolescents.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, Trans+, and questioning clients utilizing evidence-based practices. Before therapy, I worked in advertising for 8 years.
