Greetings! My name is Hayden and I believe seeking therapy is a courageous step. My practice specializes in providing support to anyone along the perinatal spectrum. Whether you are entering parenthood or returning, adding to your village can be a challenging task. My aim is to make your perinatal journey one of empowerment and ease.
My therapeutic philosophies align with evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, such as Dialectial Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, attachment-focused, and responsive parenting. I am passionate about providing queer and trans-informed and affirmative care. All parents (birthing, non-birthing, LGBTQ+, and adoptive) are welcome here.
I am prioritizing referrals for new/expecting/postpartum parents at this time. However, I also currently have openings outside of my perinatal scope- if you are seeking care that aligns with my approach, do not hesitate to inquire about openings. I will prioritize LGBTQ+ folx. I look forward to hearing from you!
