I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 7 years of experience working as a therapist in inpatient, residential, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs, giving me a wealth of experience to draw on as we work together. I am a HAES-aligned provider who wants to help individuals increase self-acceptance while building the life they want but never thought they could have. I am passionate about serving individuals of all ages who are working through eating disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma-related symptoms.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from UNCW, then continued my education at NCSU, where I earned a Master's degree in Social Work. I utilize an integrative approach that includes solution-focused therapy (SFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered therapy.
