Most clients I see are impacted by issues related to trauma, grief, relational distress, low self-worth, constant stress, anxiety, depression, chronic mental/physical illness, and experiencing oppression/marginalization for who they are, among other issues. They come seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, relief from emotional pain, guidance on navigating the complexities of relationships, and to learn how to manage life stressors, heal, live authentically, and ultimately, thrive.

I am humanistic at heart, and my view of health is based on indigenous traditional medicine, in which restoring balance (homeostasis) and connection are the basis for healing and wellbeing.
