About
Established in 2006, I have worked with hundreds of clients with various issues. Specializing in: *Relationship Issues *Self-limiting Beliefs & Confidence *Emotional Eating & Weight Gain *Fears Including Phobias, Anxious Feelings, Stress, Worry, *Relationship Break Ups, Trust, Jealousy, Insecurity *Bad Habits, Too Much Behaviors * and more. Free phone consultation. Clients who do well are motivated to improve but struggle with how to get there on their own. Everyday people with everyday issues. Many times clients have tried everything.
I offer advanced, personal insight hypnosis and/or coaching. Individuals in a relationship benefit from a new understanding of communication, relationship dynamics and their own issues impact the relationship. I use a variety of hypnosis modalities, a Master Certified Hypnotist, BWRT, Smoking Cessation Specialist, Co-authored 3 books.
I understand personally what it is like to feel stuck or self-sabotaging. I realized I was the common denominator in all of my relationships and issues so I worked on myself and found my life improved. Personally I became more whole and healthy. It is never too late to have a better life.
