I use a solutions-focused lens, which will help you to build upon your inherent strengths and resiliencies to overcome any barriers and challenges that may be hindering your quality of life or preventing you from achieving your goals. I offer an integrative holistic approach to help you make sustainable changes physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.
I can provide you with a non-judgmental space to process your emotions, and better understand yourself. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches to assist you in developing practical skills to maintain these positive changes outside of sessions.
I offer virtual sessions or in-person sessions at my office and outdoors for eco-wellness therapy. Eco-wellness sessions are held at the beach or a local park. Clients enjoy eco-wellness sessions due to the grounding, multi-sensory experience of being in nature and find ease in opening up while walking. Contact me for more information!
