My journey to becoming a mental health provider was shaped by personal experiences with loss, including the passing of my wife, son, and mother to cancer. These profound losses drew me to specialize in areas like grief, trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. Over my 17 years as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I’ve worked in various settings, supporting both adolescents and adults. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing personalized care. I use techniques like CBT, DBT, and experiential therapy to help clients navigate their healing journeys. My goal is to offer a safe space to heal.
I blend CBT, DBT, experiential methods, art therapy, and solution-focused strategies to help adults and teens navigate grief, anxiety, depression, and addiction. My approach is rooted in empathy, lived experience, and guiding people toward healing, strength, and a path forward they can truly trust.

This group is a supportive space for anyone grieving a spouse, child, parent, friend, or loved one. It’s shaped by the real experiences my wife and I have lived—caregiving, terminal illness, deep loss, rebuilding, and slowly finding light again. Using a simple self-guided grief curriculum, we offer practical coping skills, reflection prompts, and tools to manage emotions and triggers. Here, you’ll find understanding, connection, and a place to honor your loved one while learning how to carry your grief with strength and gently rediscover hope.
