I specialize in working with individuals, families, adolescents and veterans. I help clients with life transitions, disorders such as depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, parenting and relationship issues. I use a variety of techniques best suited to meet each client's needs. I aim to help clients reach their goals and improve overall well-being.
