I have experience with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, adoption, relationships and fertility. I use strengths based, solution-focused, and cognitive behavior techniques (CBT) to help you be your best self! I can also provide trauma based CBT to help you work through trauma, as well as those overcoming or dealing with narcissistic abuse.
I enjoy working with people in order to help them find their strengths and purpose in life! Therapy may seem intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be! It's a confidential outlet for you to express yourself and not feel judged! I will help guide you through barriers that may be hindering your growth, and help you get to where you want to be!
