I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA, and my Master's degree in Addictions Counseling from Walden University. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, strengths-based, and evidence-based approaches to therapy.
