Hello! I am Hava Jarosz. I am not accepting Clients at this time, but anticipate openings in June. I can accept Cigna/EverNorth, Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, and self-pay. I provide individual therapy to adults, elders, and those with mental illness. I have had great success with people who have schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety.
I have worked in the field since 2013 with a background in mental illness. I utilize Psychoanalytic insight to help you connect current behaviors to past experiences. I utilize Person-Centered therapy to help you see yourself how others see you. I use DBT and Mindfulness to help you reach your behavior goals and find yourself.
I enjoy working with others. People are my passion! I am excited to begin working with you. I want to meet as equals, and I hope we can foster a relationship for change.
