I utilize Psychoanalysis to help you connect current patterns to past experiences. I utilize Person-Centered therapy to validate your emotions and improve congruence. I utilize EMDR therapy to assist you in integrating and reprocessing challenging memories and traumatic experiences.
I have worked in the field since 2013 with a background in treating mental illness. I enjoy working with others as people are my passion! I am excited to begin working with you.
