I have experience working with clients who are having difficulties with interpersonal relationships, families dealing with unhealthy boundaries, and individuals and couples seeking to deepen their relationships and strengthen communication skills. In our work together, our therapeutic relationship can be used not only as a way to gain insight, but also a way to learn new coping skills when dealing with problematic relationships, anxiety, and depression. We are faced with many challenges in life, but we can overcome them together.
In addition to working with individuals and couples who are dealing with communication issues and other interpersonal difficulties, I have worked with individuals who are struggling with issues pertaining to acculturation and assimilation as a result of immigrating to a new country. I have also worked with many individuals who struggle with boundary setting.
