Hey there,
I'm an associate-licensed trauma psychotherapist, and I'm passionate about the work I do. I've worked in the mental health space for a combined 8 years, starting out as a behavioral technician and for almost 2 years as a psychotherapist. I have been honored to work with trauma, anxiety-based concerns, OCD, depression, men's issues, grief, addiction, and life transitions. I take great interest in working with trauma, and have found the most success in this domain.
My therapy approach is a framework of mindfulness, acceptance, and relational approaches with my clients. For more specific treatments, I conduct EMDR therapy for trauma and Exposure Response Prevention (ExRP) and/or I-CBT treatment for OCD. More importantly, I hope to stand with you in a totally non-judgmental, curious, and empathic space.
